La stella dei Brooklyn Nets ha parlato anche delle sue condizioni fisiche, specificando di non essere ancora al meglio: “Sono stato un anno e mezzo senza giocare un match, senza affrontare la fisicità e la velocità di una gara NBA – ha dichiarato a The New York Daily News -, perciò mi servirà un po’ di tempo per abituarmi e per mettere minuti nelle gambe”.

Anche il coach, Steve Nash, ha parlato delle condizioni della sua star, dicendosi ottimista ma ammettendo che non è ancora (comprensibilmente) al 100%: “È intorno al 90% ma non so di preciso se sia proprio al 90% o al 99%”, ha spiegato l’allenatore.
