TNT announces another wrinkle to the Sunday All-Star game that will honor Kobe Bryant: A commercial-free fourth quarter, with both teams playing in an untimed period. Cumulative score of leading team through three quarters, plus 24, is the winning number. pic.twitter.com/NTafY2QGnv
