Rudy Gobert è stato vittima degli attacchi di Shaquille O’Neal in questi giorni: il primo arrivato in televisione, il secondo via Instagram. La “colpa” del centro francese sarebbe quella di guadagnare troppo rispetto al proprio reale valore, secondo Shaq, e per questo motivo è stato sminuito e preso in giro dalla leggenda ex Lakers e Heat.
Gobert però si è dimostrato al di sopra delle polemiche, rispondendo su Twitter in maniera molto diplomatica: “Non c’è alcun litigio. Se la gente vuole continuare a parlare male di me o a screditare ciò che faccio, sta a loro e questo mostra chi siano in realtà. Io sarò sempre felice per un fratello che abbatte le frontiere. E continuerà ad abbatterle”.
